At Homdrai, your satisfaction is our highest priority. Since every garment we create is custom-tailored to your unique measurements and specifications, we want to ensure you are completely happy with the final result.

Our "Perfect Fit" Promise

We understand that custom tailoring is an art, and sometimes minor adjustments are needed to achieve perfection. Instead of a standard return policy, we offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee.

  • Free Alterations: If your garment doesn't fit exactly as you envisioned, we provide free alterations within 7 days of delivery to ensure it fits you beautifully.
  • Defect Resolution: In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will rectify it at no extra cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is "Made to Order" specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of style preference or change of mind once the fabric has been cut or the work has been completed.

However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us immediately.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe you have received a defective item or if there is a fit issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Call/WhatsApp us at 9567199924 or email help@homdrai.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Please share photos of the garment and a brief description of the issue (e.g., fit problem, fabric defect).
  3. Resolution: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved for rectification, we will schedule a pickup or ask you to drop it off at our boutique.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. However, since we often source fabrics and block production time immediately after booking:

  • Before Cutting: If you cancel before the fabric has been cut, we can offer a partial refund or store credit, deducting a small processing fee.
  • After Cutting: Once the fabric has been cut or work has commenced, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will apply to cover material and labor costs.

Refunds & Store Credit

In cases where a refund is approved (at the sole discretion of Homdrai management):

  • Refunds are typically processed as Store Credit or a Credit Voucher, which you can use for future stitching services or purchases at our boutique.
  • If a monetary refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed via Bank Transfer or Cheque within 15 working days.
  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-Refundable Components: Costs incurred for materials (such as lining, zippers, buttons, etc.) and third-party services (such as intricate hand embroidery, dyeing, etc.) are strictly non-refundable. Any approved refunds or store credits will apply only to Homdrai's stitching service charges.
