Local Delivery

We offer local delivery services within Kochi city limits. Delivery charges may apply based on your specific location. For your convenience, we also partner with reliable third-party courier services which you can avail to have your garments delivered directly to your doorstep.

Pickup Options

You are always welcome to pick up your finished order directly from our boutique located at Edappally - Pukkattupady Rd.

The "Perfect Fit" Advantage

We highly recommend visiting us for pickup! Since every body is unique, a personal trial session allows us to check the fit on you. If any minor adjustments or fine-tuning are needed to achieve that flawless look, our team can often address them immediately. We believe in delivering not just a garment, but perfection.

Third-Party Pickup & Drop (Porter / Swiggy Genie)

We understand you may be busy. In certain cases, you can arrange for third-party services like Porter or Swiggy Genie for both picking up your fabric/sample and delivering your finished garment.

Important Instructions for Third-Party Services:

  • Booking: Please book the service yourself and inform us immediately at 9567199924 so we can coordinate the handover.
  • Measurements: If you are sending fabric via these services, please include a perfectly fitting sample garment. We will replicate the measurements of this sample exactly for your finished product.
  • Communication: Any specific style changes or requirements should be clearly communicated to our executive via Phone Call or WhatsApp Voice Note.
  • Confirmation: To ensure your complete satisfaction, please verify that all your requirements have been noted by our team before we begin manufacturing. We prioritize your preference and need above all else.

Standard Timeline

Our standard completion time for stitching orders is typically 7-8 Working Days.

Note: This timeline refers to the manufacturing process. Delivery time is additional and depends on the courier service chosen (Standard or Express).

Hand Embroidery & Special Work

Please note that if your order involves intricate Hand Embroidery, it will require an additional 5-7 working days beyond the standard timeline, depending on the availability of our specialized artisans.

Courier Tracking

For courier deliveries, you can enquire about specific timelines by providing your Pincode. Once your package is picked up by our courier agent, we will share the tracking information with you immediately so you can monitor its journey.
